About
Since 2007
Psychotherapy is a process that helps individuals, couples, or families explore their emotions, thoughts, and motivations—especially when life feels out of balance. Through open conversation in a safe and supportive environment, patients can grow emotionally and develop greater self-awareness and autonomy. Dr. Laine uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Gestalt, Humanistic, and mindfulness-based techniques. He works with people of all ages, including athletes—drawing from his background as a former college coach. He’s also a licensed private pilot, adding a unique perspective to his practice.
